A Heartfelt Thank You for a Successful 7th Bi-annual Yalding Art Exhibition and Sale

We are thrilled to announce the success of our 7th Art Exhibition and Sale, held once again in the historic Yalding Church. This year’s event exceeded our hopes, bringing together our incredible community of artists, supporters, and neighbours, all united by a shared purpose: supporting the children we serve through SchoolGambia.

Thanks to the generosity of our talented local artists, who donated a wide array of beautiful works, and the enthusiastic support of art lovers from Yalding and beyond, we raised a remarkable sum to help transform education for children in The Gambia. Every painting, photograph, sculpture, and ceramic piece sold is a direct step toward providing essential school supplies, books, and scholarships to Gambian students who otherwise lack access to these resources.

The turnout and support were simply inspiring. As visitors explored the artwork, they also connected with the mission of SchoolGambia, hearing stories of how past funds have already made a life-changing impact on students. It was wonderful to see the community engage with our team, learning more about the challenges and triumphs we experience in bringing education to an area of great need.

A special thanks to Yalding Church for the steadfast support over the years. This beautiful venue has become a symbol of the heart and generosity of Yalding’s community, and we’re honoured to partner with such an inspiring network of individuals who care deeply about making a difference.
